If you are having problems placing an order on-line, we will accept phone orders. Please be advised that we do perform same security checks on phone orders as we do with on-line orders. We do not accept order via fax or e-mail.

If your order has been processed and invoiced, but not shipped, then we will issue you refund to your credit/debit card. For all orders that are shipped, we will charge you the shipping cost.

It takes about one to two business days to process your order before it is shipped. Once your order has been shipped, the time it takes for the order to arrive at specified the shipping address is determined by the shipping option you selected during the ordering process. We strive to process your order in the same day that it is received. Rush orders must be received before 1pm Pacific Standard Time for the order to be shipped the same day.
