EthnicIsland.com will not accept any merchandise into our warehouse a Return merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. |

| In order to get an RMA number, please use the Contact EthnicIsland.com form. If you have a damaged product or if your box was damaged via delivery then we will gladly exchange your product within 14 days of the purchase.
If the music CD still has the plastic wrap on the CD, EthnicIsland.com is able to accept the product for return-refund from the 14 days from the purchase. If the plastic wrap has been removed, EthnicIsland.com is unable to accept the product back as a return.
EthnicIsland.com does not pay the shipping cost on a return. We will split the cost of shipping with you. If you pay the shipping cost to send the product back to us and we will pay to send the return product back to you.
After we receive your return merchandise, It takes about three business days to process the return and refund your credit/debit account. Please keep in mind that it can take up to 3-4 days before you will see a refund on your credit/debit account.
Please send all product returns to the address below. Label clearly, and in large, on the box the RMA number that we issued to you. This will help us find the box and route it to a specialist so that we can process your RMA as quickly as possible. |
